Intro
I'm a first-year PhD student in Computer Science at Cornell University, currently working with Prof. Rachit Agarwal and Prof. Ziv Scully. I received my B.E. in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University. As an undergraduate, I have been fortunate to work with Prof. Han Zhang at Tsinghua and Prof. Minlan Yu at Harvard.
My research interests lie at the intersection of computer systems, networks and theory. Previously, I've worked on projects regarding distributed tracing, SD-WAN and memory overcommitment. During my PhD, I aim to combine ideas from queueing theory and insights in systems mechanisms for performance optimization. I also wish to expand my research to broader areas in computer systems, such as architecture and MLSys.

My (current) favorite sport is tennis
- My NTRP rating is about 3.5, but I'm VERY inconsistent.
- I'm a righty with a one-handed backhand, even though my favorite player is Rafa Nadal.
